It is frustrating for clients to call DenUM with a crisis… and be directed to voicemail. Please join us as a compassionate “first contact” for all those DenUM serves, and those who partner with us to do so. Please – lend a human voice to DenUM’s day-to-day communications! |
Responsibilities: |
- Answer phone lines and direct calls as appropriate. - Refer clients for external services and organizations as appropriate. - Keep resources updated by periodically calling partner agencies to verify services. - Work with staff and clinets as necessary to maintain a safe DenUM environment for all. |

Time Commitment:

2-4 hour commitments during open business hours: M/T/Th/F 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m., W 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Schedules can be accommodated for weekly or monthly commitments. |
