Outreach Services
Outreach Services provides emergency and stabilization services for all people in need.
Outreach Services provides the essentials of food, rent/utility assistance, infant items, and legal advice to enable those in crisis to reach a level of stabilization. Staff and volunteers also work with each family to offer internal and external referrals to meet all of a family's needs.
SERVICES OFFEREDFood Pantry Clients receive a nutritious food bag up to six times annually, including government commodities, fresh produce, dairy, and bakery items Infant Corner Necessary infant items for struggling new parents: formula, diapers, and layettes Homeless Prevention Emergency rent and utility payments to maintain stability for families facing homelessness Legal Advice Advice on civil matters offered twice monthly by local law firm volunteers ID Assistance Assistance for US citizens needing ID or birth certificates for work, education, and financial or government services |
